greenTbiz promotes energy conservation and environmental practices at BIA Annual General Meetings and Board Meetings. Between October 2006 and February 2008, greenTbiz presented at numerous BIA meetings and reached a combined audience of close to 1000 people from Toronto’s BIAs. Presenting at these meetings where there is a captive audience of business community representatives is a way for greenTbiz to reach an audience that otherwise would not have the time, and in some cases the motivation, to attend a separate meeting regarding environmental conservation.
During these meetings greenTbiz delivers a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation which provides specific examples of how businesses can improve their economic bottom line through decreasing their ecological footprint.
